The ground floor apartment is ideal for couples or two families as it has two spacious double bedrooms, a large open plan lounge with travertine marble tiled bathroom and modern fitted kitchen, a large pergola and a covered veranda with quality dining seating and sun loungers.
This apartment is approximately 120m2. The entrance is through double French doors from the veranda to the large open plan contemporary kitchen with dining area, the lounge area has two large comfortable sofas which can convert to double beds and an efficient pellet stove for use in winter. Doors to two spacious bedrooms and luxury bathroom with separate shower, bidet and WC, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Door to utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms are furnished with simplicity and taste with the finest quality Egyptian cotton sheets with silk filled throws. The garden area has a driveway & fruit trees with additional hot/cold garden shower.
The villa is just a short drive (less than 4 minutes) to our wonderful free sandy beaches at Briatico. Most have free parking and offer excellent beach service for drinks or lunch. There are also 5 beach restaurants & many smaller beach bars serving chilled drinks, beer, ice creams etc. You can also hire sunbeds if required. Most of our beaches also have a beach shower.

We also have some beach equipment of our own at the Villa which you are very welcome to use it if you wish, we have beach chairs and umbrellas, picnic cool bags with thermos, snorkel & masks, blow up Lilo beds including pump, beach boules and buckets and spades, normally this keeps all ages occupied :)
Villa Bergamotto is situated only a few minutes from Briatico which is a friendly market town with family owned shops & cafes offering fresh local produce, there is also a large supermarket.
Ideally situated centrally between the two wonderful medieval towns of Tropea and Pizzo & Vibo Marina both of which are only 10-15 minutes away.
There are many local beaches, all being less crowded than the beaches at Tropea & having soft sandy beach with crystal blue sea. The nearest beach is less than 1km away from the Villa and benefits from having quality beachside restaurants offering fresh home cooked cuisine with wonderful views over the bay, they are also open all year round. The beach has a raft of activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, pedalo and canoe boats, sunbed hire is also available but not compulsory. Part of the beach has a very safe naturally shallow children's bathing area.
